You already make daily attempts to avoid all things inflammatory, you avoid eating processed foods whenever possible, you read labels, you exercise regularly and eat a healthy serving of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis.  But could you be missing something? Something that is quite important for your health. What if there was something, extremely inflammatory, extremely detrimental that you might be doing and weren’t aware of? By not synchronizing your Circadian Genes, you unknowingly create inflammation within your body.  Inflammation brings down your long term good health, while avoiding inflammation is the key to longevity.
