Cold Temperatures Boost Your Metabolism

BROWN FAT AND METABOLISM

Not having any variation in temperature exposure is affecting your metabolism! You have secret stores of brown fat located in various parts of your body.  Brown fat is healthy fat and increases your fat burning! Researchers once thought we outgrew this healthy fat when we were young, but more recently discovered we preserve these healthy fat deposits, and we can activate them.

ACTIVATING BROWN FAT

Activating brown fat is easy but a little uncomfortable in the beginning.  All it takes is a couple of hours of cold temperature exposure.  About 2 hours a day, at 62F for about a month and a half, and you’ve got your metabolism boosted to burn fat more efficiently.  This results not only in fat burning but also improved overall health.
